Introducing Live Chat Support
Beginning this Thursday, April 3rd, clients can now reach out to us live if they need quick changes or adjustments made to their website.
WebEaze is proud to offer Live Chat support as an additional feature starting on Thursday, April 3, 2025. Live Chat will be available from Thursday through Sunday every week. The hours of operations are:
Thursday and Friday from 9am - 5pm Eastern Time
Saturday and Sunday from 9am - midnight Eastern Time
We believe this offering will open the doors for enhanced support and faster response times for our clients. While we still offer email & live video support, this option will help for those who may be traveling, or on the go for quick help and troubleshooting from one of our web designers.
Our Live Chat support is an exclusive benefit for those who have subscribed to our Growth and Elite packages. At the moment, clients who are on our Web Setup packages are not eligible to use Live Chat support and your account will be confirmed using a valid email address that was used to start with WebEaze.
Existing clients may find the Live Chat button on the lower right hand corner of your screen during operating hours by visiting your Client Portal. Here’s a preview of what you’ll see when you engage with us through Live Chat:
If we’re offline, you will be presented with this screen. This follows the same flow as our contact form, where you would submit a request to us and we’ll respond back to you via email.
