Important: Changes to Support included with your Web Setup Package
Thank you for being one of the first clients to get our business up and running. We’re sharing a difficult, but important change that will take place on April 18, 2025.
We launched as Billy Joinville Web Services on October 1, 2024. Our first set of clients have experienced how we operate. We offered 12 or 18 months of support for a low one-time payment as we had (and still have) the mission of providing ongoing support and dedicated maintenance tailored to your business or brand. We stand out from other web designers because we take the time to understand your business needs and goals, and create a custom support schedule involving routine maintenance. Furthermore, we offered unlimited support for any changes and customizations that needed to be made to a website.
Our business has rebranded to WebEaze, simplifying and bringing our mission further: making web design easy and accessible to everyone. As we rebranded, it has also grown with more clients, meaning more resources and time needed to fully accommodate every website to its highest potential.
On February 26, 2025, our team had an extensive call that lasted 2.5 hours as we needed to evaluate our current pricing model without sacrificing our fundamental values. We’ve noticed that our ongoing support has increased which means we must adjust how we provide maintenance and updates as our web designers and resources need to be paid for fairly on top of ensuring your site is at its highest standards.
To ensure everyone’s website remains secure and up to date with reliable support, we’re transitioning to a new support model that will take effect beginning April 18, 2025.
What is the change?
Limited support will still be available for all clients who have signed up prior to March 1st, 2025, but will now only include:
Basic security monitoring
Emergency fixes for major website issues
General uptime maintenance
Ongoing updates, performance tuning and direct support will now require a subscription plan. We understand that this is a change from what was previously provided, which is why we’re offering an exclusive, discounted support plan for existing clients before standard pricing takes effect. What plans do you offer now?
We offer two subscription packages, which are called Essential and Growth.
Our Essential plan will cost $169 / per month
Ongoing support for changes, customizations, and updates
SEO enhancements & performance checks
Our Growth plan will cost $249 / per month
Everything in Essential, plus:
Live Chat support available Thursday - Sunday
$50 credit for domain and hosting costs (one-time usage only).
Monthly emails that contain site performance and improvements that are recommended, specific to industry and local needs
You can view the full benefits of our packages here. In addition to our monthly options, you’re welcome to subscribe to a yearly one-time rate that will lock in the price for an entire year.
If an existing client chooses not to subscribe, your site will still receive basic security monitoring, but any additional fixes or update requests from clients without a subscription plan will be rejected on and after April 18, 2025.
Why is the price changing? We agreed on 12/18 months.
When you purchased our web setup package from Billy Joinville Web Services or WebEaze (‘we’, ‘us’), our terms and Scope of Work specifically mentions that we may periodically change the pricing and service offerings that we provide as the market trends change over time. All clients are subject to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Any payments made to us are used to cover the time, resources that we also must pay for to help host your website, and benefits that are provided. We realized that the one-time payment option is not feasible long term as our client base continues and we must stay afloat. In addition, all our web designers must be paid for their time and effort put into every website created. We are still significantly cheaper than traditional web designers, who typically charge an average of $60-$75 per hour. We have and will always stand out because we charge monthly or yearly rates so finances do not become a burden for our clients’ online presence.
Clients who wish to not subscribe will continue to have support, but it will be limited. If they choose to switch to another web design agency after this change, we’re happy to release all website content to them as they move on to another provider.
While market changes are out of our control, we’ve provided options for our clients to subscribe under a reduced rate until the price change takes effect or the option to continue with another provider and having access their site content.
However, we must adjust prices to ensure we’re providing the highest quality of support for every single client, including our first set of clients when we launched last year. We hope that all existing clients continue to trust us as we evaluate market changes and adjust to keep things affordable.
